Azzawiya Oil Refining Company deals with many suppliers all over the world especially European countries ex..(Italy, UK, Germany, Netherlands) to cover all the company needs.
Therefore, the Tenders Committee of the company announce to bid for Freight Forwarding and Logistic Services through prequalification of the companies specialized in this field.
Therefore, companies wishing to participate must submit the following documents:
1- Introduction of the company/contractor highlighting the specialized field of activities.
2- Valid licenses for carrying out company.
3- Statement of approved company’s financial status for the last three years (including annual budget).
4- Company’s technical staff organization chart and equipment list, including list of proposed personnel assigned for this project with brief CV’s.
5- Contact details i.e. address of the company’s head office and branch in Libya if available, telephone, email address, official website etc.
6- Detailed list of past and current agreement.
7- Certificate of completion for similar agreements in the past.
The companies/contractors willing to take part in the prequalification process are required to submit their documents with a copy of this advertisement stamped by the company/contractor by 08 July 2024 to the following:
