- Invitation to Prequalification for improvement of electric power distribution at Benghazi asphalt plant.
Azawia oil refining company is a subsidiary of the Libyan national oil corporation (NOC), intends to improve the electric power distribution at Benghazi asphalt plant, the work shall be carried out at the existing substation.
- The name of the project: tender for improvement of electric power distribution at Benghazi asphalt plant.
- The scope of work shall consist of the following :
- Design and detailed engineering calculations, drawings and documents, concerning the improvement of electric power distribution.
- Conducting engineering design works to install number of (2) electric transforms.
- Supply and installation of control panels
- M.V switchgear: supply of complete factory mad M.V. 11KV switchgear.
- L.V. power center switchgear: supply complete factory made L.V. power center.
- L.V. motor control center (M.C.C) : supply of complete factory made new L.V. ( M.C.C) with complete protection device an all auxiliaries.
- DC panel board: supply of a complete factory switch gear 110 Vdc DC panel board to supply the M.V. switch gear, L.V. power center and L.V. M.C.C. with axillaries and power supply requirements.
- Axillaries service panel board (ASPB): Supply and installation of control panels.
- Alarm and flag panel: supply alarm & flag panel to display all signals (i.e trips, faults, alarms).
- Firefighting system: supply all materials with proper size armored power cables related to install alarm/firefighting system including FM-200.
- Power and control cables: supply all proper size power cables (multi core & single , M.V. 11KV & L.V. 0.6/1KV) cross linked polyethylene ( XLPE) insulation.
- Carry out all installation works, electric cables laying, remove the old panels and all concerning civil works.
- Carry to pre-commission, commission, and test run of the new, M.V. switch gear, L.V. power center L.V. motor center &, DC panel board and (2) transformers …etc.
- Provide foreign & local training for Azawia oil engineers and technician.
- There for the, combines wishes to precipitates in the tendering shall summit the following documents :
1- Introduction of the company highlighting the specialized field of activities.
2- valid lichens for carrying out company.
3- Statements of approved company’s financial status for the last three years (including annual budget).
4- Company technical staff organization chart and equipment list, including List of proposed personal assigned for this project with brief CV.
5- Contact details i.e. address of the company head office and branch in Libya if available, telephone, email address, official website..etc.
6- Detailed list of past experience
7- Certificate showing the completion for similar works in the past.
8- In the case that there is a partnership agreement between two companies, the unity shall take place in the pre-bidding stage and shall not be considered in the tender stage. In addition, should be carried out under a partnership agreement concluded between the joint parties in accordance with the controls of the Commercial Activity Law. All decisions are issued by the Ministry of Economy in this regard and certified by the competent authorities represented by Contract editors official inside Libya, and certified by Libyan embassies and consulate aboard.
