Tender Announcement for the Maintenance Project of Hydrogen Compressor Rotating Shafts (21/121C1)
The Tenders Committee of Azzawiya Oil Refining Company announces its intention to launch tender for the maintenance project of hydrogen compressor rotating shafts (21/121C1) as follows:
- Perform inspection and examination of two (2) rotating shafts, take measurements, conduct necessary non-destructive tests, and issue a technical report.
- Carry out the required maintenance work to rehabilitate the rotors after the technical inspection report is approved by Azzawia Company.
- Conduct the necessary tests and issue certificates according to international technical standards.
- Transport the rotors from Azzawia Company to the company’s maintenance workshops and return them after completing maintenance and testing.
Tender Documents & Participation Procedure:
Interested companies are required to submit the following documents to be considered for
participation:
- Full contact information including company address, telephone numbers, email address, and website. Please indicate any branch offices in Libya.
- Company profile highlighting areas of specialization and relevant experience.
- Valid business licenses.
- Copies of the Commercial Registration Certificate, Chamber of Commerce membership, and valid tax clearance certificate.
- 4. Audited financial statements for the past three fiscal years, including the annual budgets.
- stamped copy of this tender announcement by the participating company.
Tender Documents & Participation Procedure:
National and international companies that meet legal requirements and have the necessary competence and interest in executing the project are invited to collect the tender documents from the Tenders Committee Secretary at the General Administration Building of Azzawia Oil Refining Company during official working hours from: Sunday, 20/07/2025 to Sunday, 03/08/2025
- Tender documents can be collected during official working hours from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, excluding Fridays and Saturdays, for a non-refundable fee of 200€.
- The authorized person collecting the documents must bring:
- Authorization letter from the interested company.
- Personal identification.
- Company stamp.
Offers must be submitted in three (3) sealed envelopes, wax-sealed, and labeled with the participating company’s name and the tender title as follows:
- First Envelope: Contains the priced commercial offer (original + copy)
- Second Envelope: Contains the technical and unpriced commercial offer (original + 2 copies)
- Third Envelope: Contains the bid bond of 2,000 € in a form of a standby L/C valid for one month after expiration date of the offer
Important Notes:
- Offers must be valid for 90 days from the submission date.
- Offers must be submitted to the Tenders Committee Secretary at the General Administration Building of Azzawia Oil Refining Company no later than 12:00 PM on Thursday, 21/08/2025.
- Sub-contractors must be disclosed, if any.
- A guaranteed letter from the parent company is required if the bidding company is a branch or part of a group.
- A date will be set to open the priced offers of technically accepted bids in the presence of company representatives.
