Azzawiya Oil Refining Company) ARC (intends to tender to sell single shipment of “Vacuum Gas Oil” for a Quantity) 17,000 ± (10%MTs (seventeen thousand Metric Tons) according to the below brief specifications, and terms and conditions with the following remarks:

1. ITB documents to be transferred via e-mail to the vendors that accepted to participate during period time  starting from July 4^th 2023 until Aug 22^nd 2023 provided that participant should pay a non-refundable amount equal to 2500 USD or its equivalent in Libyan Dinar (12,500) through one of our below accounts (taking in consideration that all bank charges for both transactions crediting and refunding are on issuer charges):
