TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT
Tender Title: Supply of Complete Pump with Electrical Motor

Project Location: Azzawiya Oil Refinery, Libya
Introduction:
Azzawiya Oil Refining Company (ARC), a subsidiary of the National Oil Corporation (NOC), hereby invites qualified and competent companies to participate in the tender for the : Supply of Complete Pump with Electrical Motor.
The scope of work includes procurement of electrical portable pump capacity of 180m³/hr, shall be from Brand Names Manufacturer (European , USA, or Japan)
Tender Document Collection:
Interested companies that meet the legal and technical qualifications may collect the tender documents as per the following details:
- Collection Period: From Tuesday, 05/10/2025 to Sunday, 12/10/2025
- Time: From 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM (excluding Fridays and Saturdays)
- Location: Tenders Committee Secretary
General Administration Building, Azzawiya Oil Refining Company - Document Fee: Non-refundable fee of 500 L.D
Requirements for Collection:
- Authorization letter from the bidding company
- Valid personal identification of the authorized representative
- Official company stamp
Submission Guidelines:
All bids must be submitted in three (3) separate sealed and wax-sealed envelopes, clearly labeled with the company name and tender title:
- Envelope 1 – Commercial Offer (Priced):
- One (1) original and one (1) copy
- Envelope 2 – Technical & Unpriced Commercial Offer:
- One (1) original and two (2) copies
- Envelope 3 – Bid Bond:
- A bid bond in the amount of 5,000 L.D, submitted as a Standby Letter of Credit (L/C)
- Valid for one (1) month beyond the expiry date of the bid
Important Notes:
- Bids must remain valid for 90 days from the submission deadline.
- The deadline for submission is Thursday, 06/11/2025 at 12:00 PM.
- Submissions must be made to the Tenders Committee Secretary at the address below.
- Any subcontractors involved must be clearly identified.
- If the bidder is a branch or part of a group, a guarantee letter from the parent company is required.
- Only bids that meet the technical evaluation criteria will proceed to the commercial offer opening.
- The date of the commercial bid opening will be communicated to the qualified bidders, who may attend the session.
