{"id":7884,"date":"2026-01-06T13:29:00","date_gmt":"2026-01-06T11:29:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arc.com.ly\/?p=7884"},"modified":"2026-02-02T16:25:38","modified_gmt":"2026-02-02T14:25:38","slug":"tender-announcement-for-the-export-of-vacuum-gasoil-vgo-from-azzawia-port","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arc.com.ly\/?p=7884&lang=en","title":{"rendered":"Tender Announcement for the Export of Vacuum Gasoil (VGO) from Azzawia Port"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>State of Libya<\/strong><br><strong>Azzawiya Oil Refining Company (ARC)<\/strong><br><em>A Subsidiary of the National Oil Corporation (NOC)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tender Announcement for the Export of Vacuum Gasoil (VGO)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Azzawiya Oil Refining Company (ARC), a subsidiary of the National Oil Corporation (NOC) of Libya, located approximately 50 km west of Tripoli, is pleased to invite qualified companies to participate in a tender for the <strong>Sale of a single shipment of Vacuum Gasoil (VGO)<\/strong> in the following quantities: &#8211;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>25,000 Metric Tons (MT)<\/strong> <strong>\u00b110%<\/strong> from <strong>Azzawia Port<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tender Documents &amp; Participation Procedure:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tender Documents<\/strong> will include material specifications and quantity details.<br>To obtain the documents, interested parties must pay a <strong>non-refundable fee of 2,000 LYD<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Document Collection Period:<\/strong><br>From <strong>January 06, 2026, to January 08, 2026<\/strong><br>Location: <strong>Tender Committee Secretary, Office No. 11, Main Administration Building<\/strong><br><em>Note: Tender documents will only be provided upon receipt of proof of payment as a receipt from ARC&#8217;s Finance Department.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bid Bond Requirement:<\/strong><br>Each offer must be accompanied by a <strong>refundable bid bond of 10,000.00 $.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Note: Offers submitted without a bid bond will not be considered.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Submission Deadline:<\/strong><br>Completed offers must be submitted <strong>no later than 1:00 PM on January 13, 2026<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Performance Bond for Awarded Bidder:<\/strong><br>Upon receipt of the Letter of Intent, the successful bidder shall increase the bond amount to <strong>20% of the total shipment value<\/strong>, to be released upon the opening of the L\/C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Offer Validity:<\/strong><br>Bids must remain valid for a minimum of <strong>45 days<\/strong> from the date of submission.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tender Participation Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Interested companies are required to submit the following documents to be considered for participation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Company profile highlighting areas of specialization and relevant experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Valid business licenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Copies of the Commercial Registration Certificate, Chamber of Commerce membership, and valid tax clearance certificate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Audited financial statements for the past three fiscal years, including the annual budgets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Full contact information including company address, telephone numbers, email addresses, and website.
