{"id":7957,"date":"2026-05-20T11:59:00","date_gmt":"2026-05-20T09:59:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arc.com.ly\/?p=7957"},"modified":"2026-05-21T14:41:46","modified_gmt":"2026-05-21T12:41:46","slug":"announcement-of-a-public-tender-for-the-supply-installation-and-commissioning-of-fixed-system-for-oil-refinery-emission-measurements","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arc.com.ly\/?p=7957&lang=en","title":{"rendered":"Announcement of a Public Tender for the Supply, Installation and commissioning of fixed system for oil refinery emission measurements"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Main Tenders Committee of <strong>Azzawiya Oil Refining Company (ARC)<\/strong> hereby announces a tender for the project: <strong>supply, Installation and commissioning of fixed system for oil refinery emission measurements.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>Scope of work<\/u><\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Design and installation of a fixed gas emissions system, including supply, installation and commissioning of modern monitoring station equipped with advanced sensors for various pollutants, provision of equipment, manpower and spare parts for a period of two years as well as carrying out initial testing and commissioning to verify the efficiency and effectiveness of the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>Purchase of Tender Documents<\/u><\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Specialized companies operating in this field, meeting the legal requirements, technical competence and interest in executing this project are invited to collect the Tender Documents from the Secretary of Tenders Committee at Azzawiya Oil Refining company\u2019s building in Tripoli during official working hours, from <strong>Tuesday, 02\/06\/2026<\/strong> until <strong>Wednesday, 10\/06\/2026<\/strong>, in accordance with the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tender Documents can be collected during official working hours (09:00 AM to 01:00 PM), except Fridays and Saturdays, throughout the specified period, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong>1,000 LYD (One Thousand Libyan Dinars)<\/strong> or its equivalent in foreign currency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An official authorization letter for the representative collecting the documents must be provided and the original company stamp must be presented at the time of collection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>Submission of Offers<\/u><\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Offers shall be submitted during official working hours (09:00 AM to 01:00 PM) at the company\u2019s office in Tripoli, except Fridays and Saturdays.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Offers must be submitted in <strong>four (4) separate, closed envelopes sealed with red wax<\/strong>, as per the tender conditions.
